HOW CAN WE MAXIMIZE THE EFFECT OF NATURE, BOTH THE BIG PARK AND SITE TOPOGRAPHY, TO UPGRADE THE PEOPLE’S LIFESTILE?
This project upgrades the lifestyle of the region which creates a new living trend for the people of the context. The topography of the site gives us the chance to have two terraces with a 6 meter difference in height each located in the same level of each street near them. The empty space between these two terraces is located alongside the city and conjuncts the park to the adjacent residential context.
The commercial section of the complex resembles an Iranian Bazaar that is located alongside the city and in relation to the other parts of the building. The building sections, including the roof, are dynamic and constantly create new corners in various presences. The void is like a vast structure that can either have the public or private acquisition which makes the building dynamic in economic prosperity and urban quality.
This urban corridor is a lieu for people to gather in the context considering the today’s concerns and reveals the efficacy of the unique nature of the police park on the region’s living trend.
