What is the meaning of park? Isn't it a contrivance to reunion the society with the nature, education, and reaction in the form of individual of family group?
The science and technology park is an interface between university and business, and it is an interface between university and business, and it is an informatics revolution product that gives the students the possibility to use their leanings in the real world. Therefore, we must meet this new universal theme with modern methodologies considering today’s issues.
On the other hand, as it’s a professional function, the offered strategy is to reunion it with the flow of the society and prevents it from disintegrating.
We have chosen a pattern from Iranian nomadic way of life in which working is always adjacent to a delightful recreation.
For that reason, we considered this complex containing of variety of functions like incubator center, laboratories and professional workshops as part of a public park that can be in public disposal. On another hand, we analyzed the lifestyle of the foresaid functions and we concluded that we can combine these parts into a singular building with preservation of their privacy policies. In this case people can use one another experiences.
Adjusting with background
If we survive the steps of form production again, the primary idea would have an intensive contrast with the final output

Landscape
The memento of this place that had been reputed as the Arbor still shines in people’s mind. This garden was one of the natural resorts among Hamedan residents which they used to spend hours with their family there.
Considering the history of this place we concluded that we can reunion the business and recreation regarding today’s resident’s life style and needs.
As a matter of fact we converted it into a public park which can comply with people’s needs in relation to the nature.
On the other hand, this park consists of three layers. In fact, the these layers are the continuity of those three nostalgic ones which people made in former years around the site and inside the Arbor for recreation in their holidays. We brought these three nostalgic layers to the site.
• The lower layer is the nostalgic layer which is in continues of the natural ground that consists of green spaces, water and fruit trees.
• The innermost layer, which is the layer that people stay and take a seat and this, is what Hameden residents commonly do in nature and it is a traditional behavior.
• The third layer is considered as the circulation one which all the pathways are designed in this layer.
NOW WE ACHIEVE THE FINAL STRUCTURE FOR SITE CONSIDERING OUR IDEA
WE CUT THE BUBBLES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE SITE
NOW WE ACHIEVE THE STRUCTURE CONSIDERING OUR IDEA
BUBBLES WITH PRESERVATION AREA TRANSFORM TO CIRCLE THIS IS THE MOST SUSTAINABLE SITUATION FOR BUBBLES WITH A VIEW TO NUMERAL CIRCLES (BUBBLES) AS THEIR CHARACTERS MOVE AND GO FAR FROM EACH OTHER AND PERVADE IN THE SITE
WE CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF CURVED SURFACES FROM ISLAND TO BUBBLES IN THIS STEP WE HIDE PATHS IN ORDER TO BUBBLES TRANSFORM AND ACHIEVE THE FINAL STRUCTURE WE FREEZE EACH BUBBLE AREA AND UTILIZE IT AS A LIMITED ELEMENT IN THE FUTURE STEPS
THE AXES OF BUILDING EXTENDED THROUGH LANDSCAPE
what FINALLY WE HAVE
WE CUT THE FRAGMENTS PARTS
bubbles with preservation area transform to circles. This is the most sustainable situation for bubbles with a view to numeral. Circle (bubbles) as for their characters move and go far from each other and pervade in the site.
NOW WE ACHIEVE THE STRUCTURE CONSIDERING OUR IDEA
WE CURVE THE CORNERS
WE CURVE THE CORNERS
WE TRANSFORM THE ISLANDS TO CURVED SURFACES IN THEIR CONTOURS. NOW ISLANDS ARE IN CONTRAST WITH THE BUILDING
NEW PATHS ADDED ACCORDING TO THE MASTER PLAN AXES
WE DEMONSTRATED THE FOCAL POINTS IN THE SITE
IT PROVIDED THE MAIN GUID LINE FOR LANDSCAPE DESIGN
WE CREATED A PATH FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION SERVIVES
