Peru as one of the biggest countries in the south America and Lima as the strategic center of Peru should aim to attain a reputable position in today’s compete for an outstanding architecture.

Our team’s strategic plan in architectural design is attaining an optimum balance between costs and means that will result in a spectacular design with an international approach.

Toward this direction we proposed the strategic interaction of two loops in a way that diagrams show. The loops are adaptive to the seaside and the golf club, and also they react to the neighborhood in order to maximize the harmony. Furthermore, in order to prevent from creating a massive solid, we designed these two loops in a way that the maximum void and empty spaces are created. Consequently, in this residential tower not only a variety of plans have been suggested, but also different kinds of terraces and public spaces in the floor plates have been created.

5. changing to two towers for day and night activities separately

6. looping each 40 floor tower and twist them to create the void and shared living spaces in relation to the sea and golf club

7. and finally we have
